Exquisite author’s restaurant with one small hall, part of which is used for show kitchen. The set menu changes every month, and includes usually six courses.
There is a short tasting set. EM – is the first author’s restaurant, where everything from bread to coffee is cooked on the AGA oven right in the guest room.
