The joint project of two restaurant tandems – Anna Dolgushina, Madina Kazhimova (Wong Kar Wine, Black China bar) and Ilya Bazarsky with Pavel Steinluht (Bekitzer, Terminal bar, Social club, Schengen) – balances between the formats of gastronomic Asian cafe and bar.
The bar card contains a collection of Japanese, Korean and Chinese distillates.
Menu has recipes of China, Korea and Japan: Bao steam buns, pork belly with kimchi cabbage, salmon in tempura from cuttlefish ink, dim sum, gyoza, tataki, glazed duck and more.
