The interior and menu of the restaurant which has become the “Best Restaurant of Local Cuisine” create the atmosphere of a cozy country house with a bath-house.
The basis of the concept is the Russian cuisine reinterpreted by the project team headed by its chef Stanislav Levoho.
Stanislav is known for his projects “Favorite place 22.13” and “Barberrini” where he worked under the direction of Antonio Freza.
They dry and smoke fish and meat, bake several types of bread, make homemade liqueur by themselves in Banshiki Restaurant.
Shashliks and steaks are cooked on the coals and served with a “smoke” and a golden crust.
