The brand chef Glen Ballis joined the team of Kuznya House last year. He developed and launched a new menu concept focusing on local and seasonal products. A young chef Ruslan Zakirov works together with Glen in the restaurant (DvorDzen, Kvartira Kosti Kreutz, Polet Cafe).
