Il Lago dei Cigni Italian restaurant is located in the most picturesque part of Krestovsky island – on the shore of Lebiazhy lake.
The menu is based on classic Italian cuisine from the famous chef Vincenzo Verdosha who worked in the Michelin-starred restaurants.
Lines from the menu: “Scallops in foam sauce of white wine with sturgeon caviar”, “phalanx of crab or langoustine, fried on a wood grill”. The restaurant also offers homemade pasta seasoned in a head of cheese and sprinkled with black truffle on top, or pizza on a thin as papyrus dough.
